1 lb jicama - peeled & cut into thin matchlike strips- 2 lb Granny Smith apples - cored & cut into thin matchlike strips
- 1/4 C green onion - thinly sliced
- Cilantro - if desired, not necessary
Marinade
3 T vinegar- 3 T salad oil
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
