Boston Lettuce Salad with Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
Dressing
1/2 cup mayo- 2 tablespoons malt or white wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- add a couple teaspoons of water to thin it out
Salad
4 cups boston or bibb lettuce- 4 cups salad bar ingredients ( beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, onion, etc.)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
- wedges of blue or cheddar cheese
Method
Dressing
Combine mayo, vinegar, tarragon, dijon mustard, and a couple teaspoons of water to thin it out.Salad
Add and toss with dressing.
