Boston Lettuce Salad with Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients

• Dressing

  1/2 cup mayo
• 2 tablespoons malt or white wine vinegar
• 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• add a couple teaspoons of water to thin it out

• Salad

  4 cups boston or bibb lettuce
• 4 cups salad bar ingredients ( beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, onion, etc.)
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
• wedges of blue or cheddar cheese
