- Cayenne Pepper: 3-4 dashes
- Ground Cumin: 1/4 tsp
- Ground Coreander: 1/4 tsp
- Tomato: 4 medium - ripe
- Green Pepper: 1/2
- Red Pepper: 1/2
- Red Onion: 1/2
- Olive Oil: 1/3 cup
- Lime Juice: 1/3 cup
- Black Beans: 1 can, drain & rinse
- White Corn: 1 can, drain & rinse
- Cilantro: LOTS
- Salt: to taste
- Jalapeno: 1 whole
