Deep-Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken halves
- Salt
- Ground red cayenne pepper
- Peanut oil
Method
- Dry the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Deep fry at 350 degrees until brown. Chicken will float when done.
Family note
This chicken is usually served with dirty rice or with barbecue sauce.
