Lime Slimes

Ingredients

  • 1 Six ounce Can Frozen Limeade
  • Crushed Ice
  • Six Ounces Gin

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the limeade and gin.
  2. Once mixed, add ice and puree till the blender jar is full.
  3. The drink should be slushy and full of the lime flavor.

Family note

This was always a big summer party drink for the Leusch Family! Gigi particularly enjoyed them. She was in her late seventies when we were making these. Gigi was not much of a drinker! When we saw how fast she was knocking these back, we started cutting back on the amount of gin. She was indignant when she caught us! She wasn't real sober either.
