Mock Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Scallions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours to set flavor.

Family note

Mary Ann serves this with a pork roast. It is very good!
