Nance's Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 Package Lasagna, cooked to package directions
- 1 Large Container Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Large Piece Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef, browned
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Jar Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method
- Add the tomato sauce to the browned meat.
- Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Combine the ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and beat together.
- Add the parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add the eggs and mix in.
- Spray a large glass casserole with Pam.
- Put a layer of noodles on the bottom.
- Top with the meat-tomato mixture and then a layer of the cheese mixture.
- Continue layering until you end with a layer of noodles.
- Top with pieces of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
