Quick Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Nine Inch Pie Shell, defrosted
  • 3 Tablespoons Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 To 10 Slices Crisp Bacon, crumbled
  • 8 Ounces Swiss Cheese, grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt

Method

  1. Place the bacon on the bottom of the pie shell.
  2. Sprinkle with the onion.
  3. Mix flour and cheese together.
  4. Whip the eggs and add to the cheese mixture.
  5. Add milk and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over the bacon in the shell.
  7. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
  8. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
