Wild Rice & Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (original recipe), cooked as per directions
- 1/2 Bob Evans Hot & 1/2 Bob Evans Sage Sausage Rolls
- 1 large Yellow Onion
- 1/2 bunch of celery
- 2 pints sliced mushrooms
- butter (for sautéing)
- 2 beaten eggs
Method
- Start with onion & celery in butter and take out.
- Put in sausage - cook and crumble, drain fat.
- Sauté mushrooms in butter (add garlic if you want). Onion, celery, and mushrooms are sautéed & chopped - add as desired.
- Take rice and add 2 beaten eggs - make sure all ingredients are cool before mixing. Add all ingredients and mix.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hr, COVERED.
