Bacon - Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, torn in small pieces
- 1 Pound Bacon, fried and broken into small pieces
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 16 ounces Mayonnaise
- Small Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 Head Cauliflower, break into florets
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Layer lettuce, red onion, cauliflower and bacon in a large salad bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine the sugar, cheese and mayonnaise.
- Spread on top of the layered salad.
- Mix to serve.
