Onion Rounds

Ingredients
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- New London Onion Rounds
Method
- Mix the onions in enough mayonnaise so that you see the onions, but moist enough that you can spread it.
- Spread on the rounds .
- Put them on a cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle each one with the cheese.
- Broil till golden brown.
- You can make the mixture a day ahead to blend the flavors.
