Royal Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Raw Egg
  • 2 Teaspoon Crème de Cacao
  • Chipped Ice
  • 3 to 4 Ounces of Gin
  • 8 to 10 Ounces Half and Half
  • 3 to 4 drops Orange Bitters
  • Club Soda

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  2. In a blender combine the lemon juice, gin, egg, half and half, Crème de Cacao, orange bitters and the chopped ice.
  3. Add club soda if it is too sweet.
