Salami - Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Salami, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, seeded and diced
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and put in a casserole sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Family note
Aunt Sue sometimes used cherry tomatoes that she split in half instead of the diced tomato. If you like things a bit spicier, use a little Worcestershire sauce and a dash of cayenne pepper.
